1. Service Cancellations
Users may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until that date.
2. Refund Eligibility
As a digital service provider based in the UK, we adhere to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods unless there is a technical failure on our part that prevents you from using the service.
- • Technical Issues: If the service is unavailable for a significant period due to our fault, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund.
- • Duplicate Charges: If you have been accidentally charged multiple times, please contact us immediately for a full refund of the duplicate amount.
3. Cooling-off Period
