Welcome to FairAI Chat, a real-time AI communication platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FairAI Chat website and associated services (the "Service").

The Service is owned and operated by Saner Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Between you and Saner Consulting Ltd, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own your Input and we hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest in and to the Output.

We do not store or record the content of your calls or messages. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your Content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any person's rights, including privacy and intellectual property.
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

Your privacy is paramount. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. As a UK-based company, we comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We do not sell your data. We only process the minimum data necessary to provide the Service, such as account details and optional voice clone data, which you can delete at any time.

FairAI Chat currently offers free early access to its features. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or usage limits in the future.

If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan once available, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments will be processed securely through our payment partners.

You are free to stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have breached these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SANER CONSULTING LTD MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated outputs may sometimes be inaccurate or unreliable. You should independently verify any critical information obtained through the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANER CONSULTING LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
